Fragrant with the flavor of cilantro (aka coriander), this creamy red pepper sauce is a featured element in our Curried Millet Cakes with Creamy Red Pepper Coriander Sauce. It's also great as a dip for fresh vegetables, as a sandwich spread, or tossed with your favorite cooked pasta. Keep roasted red peppers and silken tofu on hand and you can make this sauce in five minutes. If you are not a fan of cilantro, you can use fresh basil or dill instead.

(0 from 0 votes)If you could put the ounces of tofu required in the recipe, that would be very helpful. Different brands have different package sizes. I think Mori Nu is 12 oz, but Whole Foods has their own brand of silken tofu in the refrigerated section that is 14 oz.
Hi Fran, We just updated the recipe to include the oz measurement for the tofu, it should be a 12oz. package. Let us know how it goes!
There is no coriander in it? It's in the name but the ingredient is missing from the recipe!?
cilantro is coriander :)
Coriander is the spice and cilantro is the fresh herb.
What is extra firm, silken tofu. There is extra firm and there is silken. Silken is soft not firm, so I think there might be a mistake in the recipe. I'd like to try it, but I'd like to get it right and not waste ingredients!

IF this is a Coriander Sauce...how much do should I sue...I do not see coriander in the ingredients. Thank You
Coriander and cilantro are often used interchangeably for the fresh herb as in this recipe’s case, however cilantro is the fresh leaves and stems and coriander is the dried seed.
Coriander and cilantro are different in their flavors. Here's an article that might help: https://www.purewow.com/food/cilantro-vs-coriander
Where is the coriander???? It's not on the ingredient list???
Cilantro = Koriander
